I did well today on catching up on social media. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Google+.

Did not get through it all. I spent my thirty minutes and called it good. I felt good for following up, but also felt I wasted time. Mixed feelings on the whole thing.

I am going to continue to try to keep up. I enjoy reading about what is going on in friends and families lives. And seeing pictures of the kiddos.

Seeing Friends

I have mixed feelings when we go to Gillette Children's St Paul campus.

If we are there, it isn't for an enjoyable reason. We do have the chance to see many familiar faces. Christina and I have made many acquaintances at Gillette's with our visits. Seeing staff at Gillette's always makes us smile.

The other day, as I pondered our latest stay at Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare, this odd thought came to mind. Gillette is an ideal setup for a really cool home. Therapy equipment, lots of room, climate controlled, and the Ronald McDonald Family Room for a kitchen. The beds suck but who sleeps in the hospital.

Well. The gazebo roof did not make it through the wind we had last weekend.

The gazebo was well loved. The material had begun to show its age and was quite dried out. Although, I didn't think the roof would fly off, I am not surprised.

Christina is a huge fan of sitting on the deck under the gazebo.

I still do not understand the desire to wear cologne or perfume. And so many people wear SO much.

Perhaps they didn't shower. If that would be the case, I highly recommend bathing of some sort.

Maybe they can not smell. In that case, be considerate of those who can.

It puzzles me why people feel they should smell like some sort of ground animal. An example: musk

Been missing friends who have gone lately. Sigh.

Can't avoid it, death will come. Still don't like to lose a friend.
