Well Friday is going to be a long day. Mommy told me that we are going to the cities to two different appointments. I go see Dr. Burnstien (neurology) and Dr. Tanaguchi (bone and muscle). I hope that it won't be too long of a day but I will update everyone when I get home. I also hope to see Becky and Jan. They were my favorite nurses in ICC. I would like to see Bonnie too she was my NICU nurse, she really helped mommy and daddy when I first came. I would like to show them how much I have grown.

Speaking of growing I got new shoes because I grew out of all of my other ones. I am getting so big. I am waiting for the weather to get better because mom keeps telling me about the park: slides and swings. I can't wait to go and try them out.

On Thursday I painted daddy a picture for his birthday. Mommy and Grandma helped me but I picked out the colors. It was a lot of fun.

On Sunday daddy, mommy and I went to Coffee Grounds and met grandpa there. It was pretty fun and I even walked around a little with mommy's help.

Mommy and I painted today. I painted my very first picture. It was so much fun to have my hands in the gooey, cold stuff. I mixed pink and blue it made purple. I got purple paint every where. I was a lot of fun. I also got two more teeth in and just one or two more are waiting. So I have 6 teeth completely out and 3 more that are very new. 
I went to lunch today at Cancun's it was pretty good. I played with Katie today the whole time and she got to hold me too. I had a pretty mellow day, just waiting for the weather to warm up.

I got to show off today for daddy. He came and saw me at my swimming lesson and he got to see me go off the diving board again. I sure do love swimming.
Kate brought me a vest to help with support. It is made from wet suit material and has 2 steel rods in the back of it. It really does help me sit up and I do not mind wearing it. So mommy and daddy are going to try to get me one of my own. I am almost over my cold. I can;t wait until I can breath out of my nose again and not have to have it wiped. But I did learn how to blow my nose and it is harder than it looks.

Sorry I am late on the update. Last Wednesday at SKIPS I went off the diving board and I didn't even cry. Mommy was sooo proud of me, and next week daddy is going to come and see me go off the diving board again.  Saturday we all went swimming. It was fun to play with daddy in the pool. So I have been just hanging out because I have a nasty cold that won't seem to go away. My stuffy nose is really just a pain and it makes it hard for me to eat.

Hi everyone mom finally got some new pictures so here they are. The newest ones are from 1-16-08. Wow I am getting old.

My eye tooth came finally but now there are three more sensitive areas that I think are going to be teeth soon. They are swollen. So I will really be able to chew stuff.
On Saturday daddy and I left the house all by our selves. It was fun. We went to grandma Kars while mom went and got me some new clothes.
Monday I went swimming again it was a week since we went because of the weather. I sure missed the pool. Today we went to see daddy at work and brought him coffee. I worked with Kate today very well. I showed her how I grab my ball, walk in my gait trainer with my AFO's. I even worked with her while mom left the room. I didn't cry.

 

Mom, dad and I went to get our pictures done again today. We went last week but they didn't turn out because I didn't want to be there. So I had a busy morning. 
The meeting with my vision teacher went well. She will be my vision teacher when I go to school. Not too much new news but she was impressed with me and loved my curls..... but then again who doesn't.
Tomorrow I get to go swimming with daddy because we didn't go this week because it was too cold and icky out. Nothing much else going on. Just growing and gettin bigger..

Guess what everyone I have another tooth on the bottom so I have three. I also am waiting for another tooth on the top an eye tooth to be exact. It seems to be right there but has not popped out yet.
I missed SKIPS today because it was too cold to leave and go swimming, so mom said that we will go on Sat.
My hair is getting pretty long because mom insists on putting it up and I am not too fond of that but then I can see better because it is not in my eyes as much. So I guess I will have to get use to mom putting it up.

Mommy and I have lots of fun with this song. Mommy ran into an old friend and he has a 9 month old son so we are all going to get together to play, mommy, daddy, Brian, his wife Megan, and their son. It should be fun.
Mommy, Daddy and I went over to Maria and Kyle's for supper last night and I got to open more presents from Christmas. Oh how I love paper.
Mommy took me swimming this morning and we had lots of fun. I sure do love the water.
My vision teacher is coming to see me on Thursday with Jenny, and Katie.
