It has been a long time since I updated. So, what is new, let's see.

Christina has had an osteotomy. I will get her blog updated with the Caring Bridge posts also.

I moved into a single story house. Big backyard.

Work is the same. I have not spent as much time on the computer as I used to. I still try to keep up on OS's, security, etc, but it takes so much time and can get depressing watching/listening to the security news.

More later, maybe. lol

Christina was a very good sport and posed for a few pictures for me.

We have pictures of Christina and Daddy telling stories, going for wagon rides. Christina's swim therapy and horseback riding therapy. Christina and Grandma playing with blocks. And catching some poses of Christina.

Christina making cookies, reading with Dad, kisses from Nilla. Looking pretty in her dress, loving the wagon ride, posing on our walk. Cleaning the blood from the latest lost tooth, showing off new hole in her mouth. Telling stories and giving Dad a drink from new water bladder.

Christina lost another tooth on Saturday. I didn't know it was loose until shortly before supper munching on rhubarb. After we ate Christina used the rag to pull that loose tooth until it came out.

Once I realized what she was up to and how loose that tooth was I grabbed the camera. I was too late, she had it out. I didn't see the tooth and tried to figure out if she swallowed it. I would ask her to spit it out and she just laughed with the blood dripping from her mouth. Since she was pulling on the rag so hard I checked the floor thinking maybe it flew. Finally, looking under Christina I found it. It had fallen straight down and past the tray between her legs and slid back so she was on it.

Christina was excited for the tooth fairy to come.

This weeks pictures have older shots of Christina hanging out with Grandma, more baking, and walking in the gait trainer. More current pictures are of swim therapy, field trip, reading outside, being goofy with dad, and of course a walk.

Christina has another molar just peeking through on the top. She did not want any pain meds, but it seems uncomfortable for her.

Christina also has a runny nose. She is extra cuddly which usually means not feeling well. She had a tough couple of days on the bottom end.

Christina has kept up her talkative self despite the slight aggravation of teeth and under the weather.

Memorial Day the princess was super goofy. Kicking and squirming any chance she could. I asked many times at first if she wanted to walk or to show me and she would just giggle and laugh hysterically. It seems Christina was full of antics all day.

A Happy Memorial Day to all. Christina and I send a "Hoorah" to each and every soldier who gave their life defending ours.

This weeks slideshow has pictures of morning smiles and laughs, gait trainer time outside and making cookies. Also pictures from swim therapy and hippotherapy. A better shot of wagon rides and Christina giving Grandma her Mother's Day gift. And we followed with a couple pictures from the hospital.

Christina had another round of Phenol and Botox shots at Children's on Tuesday. All went well. Christina came out of recovery quicker than last time and was full of hugs. To say it again, I never find it easier to watch Christina be put under.

Later that day Christina was super giggly and wanted to go go go. She ate well and seemed to be good with minimal medication for pain.

Her teeth on the other hand have been painful and persistent. The two top eye teeth are poking through, but a molar in the back is being a bully and quite irritating for my princess.

Christina loves being outside and wants to walk all over the yard and up and down the sidewalk. During a storm with a heavy down pour Christina wanted to go outside. I opened the door for her to look out. That was not enough so I picked her up and we stood with one foot outside for a few seconds. Christina thought it was hilarious and wanted to go outside still. I waited until it stopped raining and we walked through the grass barefoot.

Christina wanted lots of outside play this weekend and with the sunny warm weather she got it.

Christina did lots of walking both in and out of the gait trainer. She had a field day going up and down the ramp.

We read outside under the umbrella and had brunch Sunday outside. The weather was great.

Christina has her next round of shots coming up next month.

Lots of outside play this weekend. The weather was nice. May even call it warm.

Christina wanted to spend most of the day outside and wanted to go go go. She walked like a champ. I'm so proud of her.
