Guess what I went to the YMCA today and went swimming. It was sooo much fun. They even have a small pool just for me. I had a great time and we are going to get a membership so I can go all the time. Grandma Kar came to see me swim too. She took pictures of me and mom- mom forgot the camera.  After swimming we went to grandma Kar's for lunch and some more play time. I had a very busy day and am exhausted. Bye Bye

Oh ya I forgot to tell everyone that I am working on getting my eye teeth. Hope they come out soon.

Hay everyone I am a whole year and a half today. I am such a big girl... Here is a picture so you can see how big I am getting.

That is me in my gait trainer. Look  how tall I am. 29.5 inches = 2.45 ft

Whoo hooo 2008... Well I had a wonderful Christmas and New Year. Uncle James and Aunt Robyn stopped new year's eve and I got more presents to open. I sure liked the paper MMMMMM it tastes so yummy. Mommy said that we are going to try out the YMCA to see if I like it, I can't wait. We will go next week. 

I have been working in my gait trainer - I still don't like it but what can I do mommy keeps putting me into it.  Mommy will help me post  pictures later. Daddy and I were dancing and mommy got some beautiful pictures. I want to show everyone. Me and Daddy. 

Well gotta run it is my nap time.

Hi everyone. I spent Christmas eve with grandma Kar,mom, and dad. We had lots of fun opening some of my presents. Dad taped me, suppose I should be use to it by now. The wrapping paper was the funnest. I loved to chew on it and tare it up. I got some cool toys and new sheets for my bed, they are penguin's. Tonight we are going to call it early because I am going to have a long day tomorrow.  Merry Christmas to all that I am not going to see.

Two days till................ Xmas

Hi everyone. I had the stomach bug that was going around. I  felt so horrible for a week. I am getting better now. I can't wait to open up all the presents under the tree. So really not much has gone on this last week all I wanted to do is sleep and cuddle. Just wanted to say hi.

Hi everyone, not much here is new.   We got our tree up and the lights on it. We had some issues it did not want to stand up by it self. Daddy did a good job cuz it hasn't moved in 2 days. Then mommy watered the floor instead of the tree.  Today is daddy's Christmas party; so mommy and he are leaving me with grandma. I am exited because grandma and I have so much fun without parents around. She is bringing some christmas music that I like so we can sing.

Santa Claus

Mommy and grandma Kar took me to see Santa on Wednesday. It went pretty well, I sat on his lap and had my picture taken. The elf's had problems with the computer so I had some extra time with Santa. We had to retake the pictures and I did not want to sit on his lap again so mommy had to take pictures too. While we were waiting for the elf's to fix the computer grandma Kar, mommy, Santa and I were singing Rudolph the red nosed reindeer with Rudolph himself. He made me laugh.

Mommy and daddy have to take me to the cities again on Tuesday to get my AFO's, not to sure how I feel about that. My gait trainer arrived and I do not like it very much now but mommy keeps telling me that I will get use to it again. I sure hope so.

Great grandma came over yesterday and brought a pretty red and green plant for Christmas. Tonight grandma Kar is going to babysit me so mommy and daddy can leave for a bit. This will be our third time together alone and we have so much fun with out the parents.

I can't remember if I told everyone about my doc appointment with the bone and muscle doc. So here is a quick update on that. I do not have to take anymore medications. I don;t have to use botox either. Dr Tanaguchi says that I have mixed cerebral palsy. That makes it hard for me to sit, stand, walk and to control the movements in my arms; but mommy and daddy keep helping me lots so I can move better and keep flexibility.

Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. We had our first Thanksgiving. Our bird was bigger than me by 4 lbs. Mommy took pictures and I will post them, they are of me and the bird. Supper was very good. Grandma Patty and Grand Harp came over to eat and play.

My contrast study came back all perfect we just got the letter from Dr. Aru. My appointment with Tamaguchi went great too. He said that I am not a candidate for any anti spastic medications or botox. I  have tone and it is a problem but I can relax it. I did however, get fitted for AFO's and we will go back and get them in a couple of weeks. We are still waiting for the gait trainer.
